Refund Policy

We'd rather you try Sigil properly than buy it on faith. If you buy it and it isn't right for you, we'll give your money back. Purchasing hasn't opened yet (Sigil is in beta, which is free); this policy takes effect with the first sale.

The guarantee

If Sigil isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price, no questions asked, though we're grateful to hear what didn't work.

How to get a refund

• Email support@sigil.radio from the address you purchased with (or include your receipt), or reply to your order receipt.
• Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to your original payment method. Once issued, it typically appears within a few business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

A fully refunded purchase revokes its paid license key. Sigil does not include a permanent free receiver edition. Revocation does not delete your saved captures; the planned commercial expiry flow preserves a way to save or export existing work.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund from us is faster for you than a chargeback.

Your statutory rights

This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Checkout, payment, and taxes are handled by our merchant of record under its own buyer terms.
